The Power-Potential-Profile is a high-quality potential analysis offering a threefold perspective: personality, attitude and competence. This multi-dimensional analysis is used for the coaching and training of executives and sales personnel.
In the course of this evaluation, 30 participants were each interviewed three times for a period of up to 6 weeks after the analysis. The result is a high and lasting user benefit concerning the practical professional everyday life: There was an increase in self-reflection, the personality was further developed and the management skills were considerably expanded.
