Prioritize your measures according to meaningful criteria.

In order to lead changes to success, you usually need several and sometimes many of activities. But we always have limited resources such as time, personnel and money to implement everything at the same time. Therefore, it is important to prioritize the planned measures.

Which activities are the most important? What should you pay the most attention to? Which measures do you start with? The tool ‘Top Activities’ gives six meaningful criteria for prioritizing measures for a change project. Once you have evaluated all your measures according to these criteria, you will receive a prioritized list of activities.

This is an exemplary result: The measures with the highest number of points indicate ‘quick wins’. The red bars show measures with a high benefit, which at the same time mean a high effort.
