Presentation of the HR Innovation Award: Imagine the winners’ podium at an athletics world championship: A hammer thrower at the top, a pole vaulter to her left and a hurdler to her right.
That’s roughly how it was at the HR Innovation Award ceremony in the Learning & Development category: over 100 training companies entered the competition. First things first: we didn’t come first – congratulations to STELLA Coaching. But we did make it into the TOP 3. And as the winner has developed a coaching app and the second of the winning trio, TRUSTease, has developed a tool for better team understanding, we can proudly say that of all the training concepts submitted, we have been recognised as the most innovative with ‘Leading Change’.
