Here you will find a summary of our current meta-study on “Leadership Competencies 4.0: Challenges for Managers in Dynamic Situations”. The focus is on what managers should achieve in confusing and complex situations:

  • mobility with simultaneous reliability
  • flexibility and planning at the same time
  • situational reference with simultaneous consistency

Leadership consists precisely in enduring and dealing with such supposed dilemmas.

And in order to cope with this, managers need the “good old” skills, as summarised in the Future Skills for Leadership classic. With a view to the age of digital transformation, there are now 7 additional leadership competencies that have been incorporated into the feedback instrument Future Skills for Leadership dynamic.
