Continental’s two wheels business has effectly established a Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) in its bicycle tyre production at Korbach in western Germany.
The report shows the sequences of the consutlingprocess, which took 3 years, und describes, how the organization learned to change herself during this process. The Continuous Improvement Process became a fully integrated routine fort he production workflows.
