In the course of the association’s growth and due to increasing competitive pressure, the evaluation and subsequent revision of its strategy and decision-making structures became a necessity.
Applying the concept of iterative consultancy developed by its research team, flow consulting gmbh accompaniedand structured this re-organisational process. This report illuminates some specific challenges as well as the different stages of this consulting project.
