Kai Fiukowski

Kai Fiukowski is an experienced trainer, coach and consultant. His main areas of expertise are leadership training, personal development, team training and public speaking seminars. He also supports companies in the automotive, pharmaceutical, insurance, healthcare and retail sectors, among others, in change processes.

He has a degree in speech science and has studied adult education and psychology. He has acquired licences in the application of several personality assessment tools and has completed a wide range of training courses in the field of training and consulting, including systemic organisational consulting.

His work is based on strong relationships with people, authenticity and professionalism, feedback, fairness and humour.

His goal in his work is to develop practical solutions for individuals and companies, to uncover untapped resources and potential, anto make them usable.
