She uses her in-depth expertise in change and leadership to support managers and teams in their current challenges. She develops tailor-made solutions for each client that are highly practical.
She has been working in training, coaching and moderation for companies in various industries for many years, and has also been working with flow consulting gmbh since 2006.

Her focus is on personnel selection, team development and workshop moderation, as well as training and coaching executives.
