Dieter Kannenberg

Dieter Kannenberg, founder and managing partner of flow consulting gmbh, worked in evaluation research for many years.

Together with partners from the USA, he developed the Power Potential Profile® for self-analysis of leadership personalities. As a licensor, he trains trainers, consultants and coaches in this tool and in the concept of iterative consulting from flow consulting.

He has further developed and successfully implemented the concept of action learning in many consulting projects tailored to individual clients.

Dieter Kannenberg’s current areas of focus include coaching and sparring for managing directors and board members, consulting in strategy development and personnel selection.
