Dieter Kannenberg

Dieter Kannenberg, founder and managing partner of flow consulting gmbh, worked in evaluation research for many years.

Together with partners from the US, he developed the Power-Potential-Profile^® for self-analysis of leadership personality types. As licensor, he trains trainers, consultants and coaches in using this instrument and in flow consulting’s iterative consultancy concept.

He has pursued the continuing development of customised action learning and successfully implemented it in many consulting projects.

Dieter Kannenberg’s other main focuses are executive coaching and strategy consulting.
