He is a certified resilience trainer (AHAB Academy), PPP-licensed coach (Personality Module JPP), and develops learning and consulting formats that focus on clarity, dialogue, and responsibility.

In addition to traditional training methods, he uses creative and dialogue-based approaches such as zine-making and the production of videos, photos, and podcasts to promote reflection, connection, and the ability to take action. His other areas of expertise include campaign and public relations consulting, the creation of blended learning products, and the responsible and strategic integration of artificial intelligence.
