Carola Pachunke

Carola Pachunke has been working as a trainer and coach for more than 30 years. She studied languages and speech science and has deepened her expertise through numerous training and further education courses in the field of coaching and training.

Her focus is on coaching specialists and managers, conducting training courses on leadership, communication, resilience and mindfulness, and workshops on team development. She is active in the hospice movement on a voluntary basis and values all forms of exercise in nature as a way of maintaining balance.

Carola Pachunke has worked closely with flow consulting gmbh since its foundation and lives in Mauer near Heidelberg.
