Anne Hausmann

Anne Hausmann studied engineering and worked for many years in product management and marketing, mostly in senior positions, including at Carl Zeiss Vision GmbH.

After extensive training in systemic coaching and organisational consulting, she started her own business in 2017.

Since then, she has continuously expanded her skills, including training in organisational constellations, a licence to use the Power Potential Profile and MBSR training. She works with a keen sense of her clients’ current situation and achieves a high level of acceptance and effectiveness in personal and organisational change processes.

She has been working as a cooperation partner with flow consulting gmbh since 2025.
