Develop use cases and plan implementation

Our workshop is aimed at executives who wish to explore and systematically understand the benefits and significance of artificial intelligence for their own organisations. Using the MTO approach from digital transformation consultancy, we combine:

Day 2

Identify use cases and plan implementation

  • Data and governance for AI implementation
  • Developing your AI strategy and initiatives
  • Engagement, communication and project management
  • Trend outlook 2027+: What are the ‘next big things’?

Results: AI strategy, resource and priority planning + implementation roadmap.
