As part of their digitalization strategy and to push the digital transformation, LEAG<\/a><\/strong> focuses on a think tank approach (Digital Think Tank ‘DTT’).\u00a0This approach is supposed to positively affect the company\u2019s cultural\u00a0shift toward more agility. flow consulting has supported and accompanied the digital\u00a0think tank in its first steps.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In this project report, I mainly write about the project\u2019s\u00a0first phase \u2013 the conception, targets and project kick-off\u2013 since now, in August 2017,\u00a0the DTT is still in a working phase.<\/p>\n

“We intend to stimulate and launch LEAG\u2019s cultural shift\u00a0toward more entrepreneurial and lived agility\u00a0to open up towards a more agile company culture” says Alexander Lengstorff\u00a0Wendelken, the initiator of the DTT. The approach \u2013 if successful – is to serve as a model for other projects\u00a0of this kind.<\/p>\n

Kick-off workshop<\/h4>\n

The three days kick-off workshop in April 2017 was an important milestone and it was a great pleasure to me to conduct it. Together with the 10 selected employees, I worked along the following topics:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Team building and personality: the group\u2019s diversity and collaboration
\n\u2022 Creativity: techniques for finding and selecting ideas, and innovation
\n\u2022 DTT organization: working techniques for a well-functioning think tank<\/p>\n
