In the course of the association&#8217;s growth and due to increasing competitive pressure, the evaluation and subsequent revision of its strategy and decision-making structures became a necessity. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Applying the concept of iterative consultancy developed by its research team, flow consulting gmbh accompaniedand structured this re-organisational process.
