The focus is on what managers should achieve in confusing and complex situations:<\/span><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mobility with simultaneous reliability<\/li>\n<li>flexibility and planning at the same time<\/li>\n<li>situational reference with simultaneous consistency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leadership consists precisely in enduring and dealing with such supposed dilemmas.<\/p>\n<p>And in order to cope with this, managers need the &#8220;good old&#8221; skills, as summarised in the Future Skills for Leadership classic.
