Toolbox | Cross Impact

Identify the decisive levers in change.

Which factors strongly influence the planned change and which have no influence? And which factors are more or less affected by the change? Some activities in a change project are well thought out, but have only a small effect.

A cross-impact analysis illustrates the leverage effect of the various influencing variables in a matrix. In this way you can see which factors are a particularly strong driver and align your measures accordingly. You need to take a little time for the analysis to succeed. It is often helpful to carry out the evaluation with several persons.
