If you intend to stabilise your team, if it has to face a new challenge or if conflicts must be solved together, an external counsellor will be very helpful. Also when installing new teams or during the interim period before a new manager will join the team, an external coach may be of considerable support. Together, we will determine the situation at hand, deepen it, if necessary, by individual interviews, and we will chair your team workshops. In addition, we offer personality profiles and work out a team profile to determine both individual abilities and team potentials. By means of outdoor trainings, the team members will gain real-life experience concerning important teamwork processes strengthening a lasting cooperation and understanding for the common goals.
