Establishing a CIP-Project at Continental
Continental's two wheels business has effectly established a Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) in its bicycle tyre production at Korbach in western Germany.
The report shows the sequences of the consutlingprocess, which took 3 years, und describes, how the organization learned to change herself during this process.
The Continuous Improvement Process became a fully integrated routine fort he production workflows.

The association is committed to the improvement of the support on offer for psychologically disturbed people. In the course of the association's growth and due to
increasing competitive pressure, the evaluation and subsequent revision of its strategy and decision-making structures became a necessity. Applying the concept of
iterative consultancy developed by its research team, flow consulting gmbh accompaniedand structured this re-organisational process. This report illuminates some
specific challenges as well as the different stages of this consulting project.
